Our voices carry far more than sound, they communicate presence, history, emotion, and intention. In this workshop we will play with Body–Mind Centering® approaches to voice, breath, & embodied expression to explore vocalization cultivating kinesthetic and auditory awareness of the structures that shape our voice. By sensing and differentiating these systems, we will expand our capacity to embody, articulate, and balance vocal expression.
