BodyCartography’s TOGETHERING brings audiences into the heart of dance, exposing other ways of knowing through radical practices of togethering.
Featuring dancers Kosta Bogoievski, Josie Archer, Ornilia Ubisse, Hanna Filomen Mjåvatn, Marie Lothe, Frid Ding, Elias Elevgaard, Petter Skurdal, Olive Bieringa, and Otto Ramstad.
The dances, one-on-one experiences and group scores unfold in and around Schous Plass. The project invites us to practice “audiencing” as we play with how we perceive ourselves, others and our surroundings, both consciously and unconsciously. TOGETHERING creates a space for movement, social gathering, conversation and reflection in embodied practice, behavior, relational intelligence, and intimacy in public space.
Made possible with support from Oslo Kommune and Deichman Grünerløkka. TOGETHERING was originally commissioned and curated by Linn Cecilie Ulvin for Kulturetaten’s SAMMENomGATA and took place in 2019. Learn more about the early version here
