A Body-Mind Centering workshop focused on the embryology and anatomy of the limbs with Otto Ramstad & Olive Bieringa

Studio 206, Ivy Building, Seward, 2637 27th Avenue South

IMG_4349This workshop will focus on the anatomy and embryology of the arms, legs, head and tail; the bones, muscles, nerves and connective tissue. Studying embodied anatomy through hands on practice we will dive into the systems of the body and create a deep foundation from which to expand our physical potential, and heighten our sensory awareness.

This is a workshop for anyone who wants to feel great and learn more about their body and its contents irregardless of your movement or bodywork background. Suitable for bodyworkers, yoga practitioners, dancers, therapists, athletes, and performers of all disciplines and you!

Both Olive and Otto are certified teachers of Body-Mind Centering® who have been teaching Body-Mind Centering®, dance, and improvisation internationally for almost twenty years in contexts such as Impulstanz, Vienna, Movement Research, NYC, Ponderosa, Germany, TanzLaboratorium, Kiev and for dance companies, such as Footnote Dance, New Zealand, Axis Dance Company, California, Lyon Opera Ballet, Lyon, and Young Dance, Minneapolis.
